You'll receive an email confirming the price. If it matches the authorised amount, your card will be charged automatically. If it's different, we'll ask you to approve the new amount first.

Your licence and files become available

Once payment is confirmed, your licence PDF and image files will be emailed to you and available to download for 30 days.

We review your request

Our licensing team will assess the details and check with the artist or their estate where consultation is needed.

You receive a quote

Within 2 working days we'll send a quote by email with the licence fee, terms, and any conditions. Most quotes are valid for 30 days.

Approve and pay

If you're happy with the quote, you can approve and pay online. We'll then issue your licence and provide the image files immediately.
